Hotel

The Marina Bay Sands hotel has three 55-story towers with 1,075 well-appointed rooms and 775 luxury suites. The three towers are capped by the Sands SkyPark, which offers 360-degree views of Singapore’s skyline. It is home to restaurants, lush gardens, an infinity edged swimming pool and the world’s largest public cantilever housing an observation deck.

The entire hotel room inventory has completed its renovation in May 2025 as part of a massive US$1.75 billion multi-year transformation of the iconic integrated resort.

Another 570 suites will be added in the coming years as the company embarks on a US$8 billion expansion project that will see a fourth hotel tower built.

Dining at Marina Bay Sands is a gourmet experience with over 50 dining choices. These include celebrity-chef restaurants helmed by Daniel Boulud (New York), Wolfgang Puck (Los Angeles), Gordon Ramsay (London) and Tetsuya Wakuda (Sydney). Marina Bay Sands features signature restaurants, modern bistros and a premium food court.

The Sands Expo and Convention Center has 1.3 million square feet of flexible convention and exhibition space. It can host over 45,000 delegates, 2,000 exhibition booths and 250 meeting rooms. It features Southeast Asia’s biggest ballroom, which can accommodate 6,600 people for a banquet, and up to 11,000 for an auditorium-style lecture.

Marina Bay Sands energizes the entertainment and nightlife scene in Singapore with nightclubs, world-class entertainment, a museum and a casino. The museum, which has a lotus-inspired design, features blockbuster exhibitions from around the world. Two state-of-the-art theaters, the Sands Theater and Le Theater, with a total of about 4,000 seats, are often the venues for musicals, concerts, award ceremonies and gala events. The outdoor event plaza along the promenade next to Marina Bay regularly hosts audiences for watching events on the bay or on the plaza.

The Marina Bay Sands Casino spans four luxurious levels, offering an unparalleled gaming experience. With approximately 600 table games and 3,000 electronic gaming machines, players can enjoy a vast selection of options catering to all preferences. It is estimated that Marina Bay Sands contributed 1.2 per cent to Singapore’s economic growth last year, in terms of direct and indirect economic value add. Within the company, over 70 per cent of our senior management team today are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, reflecting our commitment to local leadership development.
